In 2015, the Contact Center saw its largest intern class yet with nearly 60 Summer interns. Students from 21 universities joined the yearly representatives and management staff for a fun Summer packed with Sales, Guest Services, and OSS. But the great work doesn’t stop there – learn how interns are leveraging their experience in school and the workplace.

2015 Office Festivities
In the Spring, the Contact Center implemented the “WOW Buck program.” Representatives had a choice of prizes to select based upon the number of WOW bucks they earned throughout the program. One prize was the opportunity to “Pie a Guy” on the management staff. Brie Gargas, Wedding Assistant, cashed in 100 of her WOW Bucks to pie Matt Kuhlman, Contact Center Sales Supervisor, in the face.
